The word "ترقية الإشراف" is a bit confusing and not making it easy for some users to understand, because Its meaning in Arabic language is 'Supervision Promotion' not 'New Admins'. It is better to use the phrase ''مُشرفون جُدد'' that means exactly 'New Admins'.
