you didn't? anyway yes but it's pretty obvious. the point is that not all speakers can unmute users, then it should be administrators. the point of raising your hand is to asking for unmute.
Anyway I agree, "speakers" seems not the better choice.

Not yet! So I don't know for sure if only admins are warned. There aren't voice chat settings for admins.
ah i understood what you're asking about. As i know, it's only visual, no one get warned, but anyway it should be administrators, why should speakers be intersted to an user that is raising his hand?

Just tested. Administrators is wrond too, because not all administrators can automatically let user to speak if they haven't the related permission activated.
Then, all voice chat participants can see the same animations of every speak request, not only administrator, but administrator and administrator with permission also.
