From my tests the variable is completely useless.
This string appears only for sender and change quickly with another one, when the sender leave the chat. It's definely the same one on Tdesk: https://translations.telegram.org/en/tdesktop/private_chats/lng_ttl_photo_sent

Same for the video one.
