Debería decir “continua” porque “continuar” está hablando al subjetivo general y no personal. Como decir “se debe continuar...” pero la manera que está escrito en inglés está hablando al usuario. Te está diciendo a ti que continúes. “Continuar” sería “Continued on...” Por la información escrita, telegram explica que es mejor hablarle al individual porque se siento más personal.

This one makes more sense since this is referring to a subject, as in “you.” It’s telling you to continue on. Where’s “continuar” is moreso telling someone or and outside subject to continue, “to begin continuing forward” vs “you can continue forward.”
