For better comprehension, I mentioned the translated phrase "approved by %2$s" in the beginning. I changed the word "موافقت" to "تایید" because approved means "تایید" while agreed means "موافقت". Moreover, "توسط" is a word usually used for human beings; so it might be more appropriate to use "از طریق".
