When we "dismiss" someone, we remove him from his position, in this case as an administrator. The word "hapus" can mislead users as it can mean at least two things: (1) that the admin is removed from the group/channel, or (2) that the person's right as an administrator is revoked. I believe that "berhentikan" is the right verb for the translation of "dismiss".
