There's no need to say 'заявки' as it's possible to generalise the process of approval here. You can approve not only an application, but also a candidate. So it's just excesive.
Additionally, we can shorten it by getting rid of 'группы'. The word is repeated.
And there's no need to make admins plural. First of all, singular number can be a generalization in Russian, secondly, a single admin's approval is enough to join the group.
