СЛАВА УКРАЇНІВ этом случае придется отказаться от использования телеги. 

В отличие от других сервисов, мы не юзаем твои данные для рекламы и иных коммерческих целей. На серверах хранится только та инфа, которая позволяет тебе полноценно юзать телегу. Ты можешь регулировать доступ к своим данным в настроечках приложения, в разделе Сесурити.

Если ты не готов предоставить минимальные нужные данные, увы, мы не сможем обеспечить работу телеги.
