"Nunca permitir" is the literal translation. While "No permitir" is still applicable and slightly more grammatically fluid, it doesn't make it clear whether the change will be one time or not, compared to "Nunca" which is literally never. As well, next to features stating "Always allow", the more emphatic wording fits more.
