"Estado de cuenta" is the term that is most commonly used in Mexico, and therefore the one that will be better understood by a bigger percentage of the Hispanosphere. Also, the term is shorter than some other versions since it only uses sixteen characters, which makes it way closer to the fourteen characters that are used in its English equivalent of "Bank Statement."
