अधिसूचनाएं अक्षम करें , Notifications is more than one, therefor अधिसूचनाएं and not अधिसूचना . For disable the right word is अक्षम ,and not बंद, neither निष्क्रिय because it means inactive, and we are saying disable. Disable notifications is an instruction, so in Hindi it means अधिसूचनाएं अक्षम करें which is instructing to disable the notification.
