Why 'እባክዎ' there is no 'please' in the English line

Added a word for the descriptor "full" which is "ሙሉ", and adjusted the translation of "profile picture" from "የማህደር ምስል" to "የመለያ ምስል" to emphasize its primary use of identification.

The word 'full' is not necessarily needed (one suggestion asks the user for full name) and also it is omitted in the original string for translation, which is 'Enter your name and add your profile picture'. It is prompting the user to enter a name (not necessarily a full name) and also to add a profile picture. The Amharic version here says to provide both name and profile picture which reduces explicitly saying enter and also add; it is just asking the user to provide these two things which are more subtle and size bound in this case.

There is no good translation for the word 'profile', but there are a few relating terms. I think the one I suggested is common and simple. Some other terms would not feel as smooth.
