Banned users are removed from the group and can only come back if invitadded by an admin. Invite links don't work for them.

被阻止的用户将从群聊中移除，并仅可被管理员再次邀请加入。邀请链接对其无效管理员移除的用户只可以被管理员邀请加入。不能通过邀请链接再次加入群聊。
