"at" is not used in Danish. Alternatively you could write "kl" (which tells, that hereafter follows a timestamp (hours/minutes). If the timestamp includes a date, it wouldn't make sense. "Last seen <timestamp>" is OK for both hh:mm and date-timestamp.
