I think that this could be a more specific and polite way to ask if they would like to pin a message.

The current translation doesn't include a very important part of the sentence which is "members of the group", it doesn't specify whom you want to let know of the pinned message

This might be more specific to Argentina, but "members" has more of an anatomical connation so the word "integrantes" would seem more appropiate here. The word "all" here is implied so it's ok to just say "integrantes del grupo".
