The word "شاید" is a shorter and also better translation for "perhaps".
The same is true about "مایلید" compared to "تمایل دارید", both of which mean "would you like".
Also, the word "بازنشانی" is an awkward word in Persian, which is not even recognized by the majority of Persian speakers let alone being used by them. However, "از نو شروع کردن" is clear and comprehensible as well as widely-used.
Finally, in Persian, the right verb for "تغییر" is "ایجاد کردن", not "انجام دادن".

This sentence” ممکن است تغییراتی از یک برنامه تلگرام دیگر انجام شده باشد “ seems a word for word translation of “Perhaps some changes were made from a different Telegram application”. Although it can be used and understood, it seems a bit unnatural especially with “از یک برنامه تلگرام”. My suggestion for this part is: “ممکن است تغییراتی که در یک برنامه تلگرام دیگر انجام شده علت این خطا باشد”
And also, I would suggest ”مراحل اعتبارسنجی” instead of just “ اعتبارسنجی” here.
