‘Revocare’ is a literal translation of the word ‘revoke’, but in this context ‘annullare’ it’s a better option

The verb “revocare” in Italian surely means “stating a previous decision as invalid” but it belongs to a high register. It is usually used for something related to a law or a consent etc, but if we are talking about polls in quiz mode, which I am guessing can be even create for fun, the terms is definetly out of place. I’d suggest a simpler “cambiare” (change). Also, I’d use a passive form here, because starting with “gli utenti” feels a bit unnatural.
Also, “one correct answer” means “one and only one” and that needs to be stressed in Italian as well.
