The translation currently in use (or the applied one here) conjugate the verb in a wrong way. "if you allow access, contacts are". The way it was translated "se você permitir (access = acesso missing), os contatos "são" (also wrong, should be "will be", cause of "permitir") would mean "if you allow, contacts will be..."
