Depending on the context the word “layout” can be translated as “boneca”, “diagrama”, “esboço”, etc. Nevertheless, Brazilian adopted “layout” a long time ago and gave it a Portuguese spelling, as “leiaute”. This means no reason to keep using the English spelling.

As to “wide screen”, I think “tela larga” is better than “tela grande”. “Wide” means “largo”, not “grande” (big).
