The flow of the sentence was awkward and hard to follow. By moving the key element "sessão" to the beginning of the sentence and changing "sessão específica" to "última sessão" it becomes clearer what is the event that triggers the countdown for the session termination. Also, I replaced "terminada" with "encerrada" which the verb used in regards to ending sessions when logging out.
