I don’t know how to do this, but when I log in to my account on my personal phone, it says An error occurred, please try again later. I click ok but can’t log in. I click Help and it says An email account is required so that you can send us details about the error.

Please go to your device’s settings > Mail, then tap Accounts > Add account and set up an email account

In Chinese I don't think there's a way to make it natural & continuous without UI adjustments; The workaround is to make it more "subtitle"-like, appearing to the user as "<Topic> - A topic in <Group>".

The original translation is mostly good enough. This change is just polishing the sentence to make it reads better, e.g. replacing 和 with 並 in this situation to make it reads better.
I clarified "if it wasn't you" by extending it to "if the action isn't performed by you" so it makes more sense in Chinese context. Also placed the purpose of entering SMS code, 取消(cancel) earlier in the sentence, and rephrased the last part for the sake of easy understanding.

The original translation kept the adjective form of "active" and converted "protected by a password" to essentially "passcode-protected" to make it grammatically correct in Chinese, but using solely "active" to describe the account is ambiguous, and it's unnatural to have a long adjective in Chinese to express "passcode-protected". This change turns both criteria into short describing clauses so it's more natural and less prone to ambiguity.
Also in this version of translation, I cleaned a mixed sentence structure up by removing unnecessary 為了(for), and replaced words to clarify the inner reasoning of the 1-week delay.
