Other uUsers will see your new number if they have it in their address book or your privacy settings allow them to see it. You can modify this in Settings > Privacy and Security > Phone number.

Todos tus contactos de Telegram tendrán tu número nuevo añadido a sus agendas de contactos, siempre que hayan tenido tu número viejo y no los hayas bloqueado en Telegram.
