The applied translation is almost perfect, but I choose to add QR code as the applied translation didn't mention it while the original english text has it

Reasons:
- The word "contain" is better suited as "berisi". Although the word "memuat" can also be applied here, but the context here is to fill out the details required in form.
- Spaces between "/" within the phrase "a stamp / barcode / QR code / logo" are removed. While this may reduce the user readability, but the removal will make more space to fit more words with longer characters in, as a trade off.
- Compared to the applied translations, this translation includes "QR code" as "kode QR". While users may generalize QR codes as barcodes, there is a difference between the two -- barcodes displayed in "bars", and QR codes displayed in a square shape, containing a bunch of random, smaller squares.
