I said about: "leaving" is adj here and "members" is the noun. So "leaving members" is the noun. Same as other strings here. Due to this, this suggestion is not suitable.
"成员退出事件" makes sense while "退出的成员事件" does not.

So, how about the event of new admins? Why not it is "promoted admin" but "new admin" here?

And, BTW, I thought it is natural in Chinese by following your suggestions. I'm here just discussing what it is in English.
