On the one hand, "disabled" should be a masculine adjective since it refers to the switch ("el interruptor", "el botón") that enables/disables the feature.
On the other hand, I have just checked the operation of this switch and it does two things: it doesn't allow you to take screenshots in the app and hides the contents of the Telegram app in the task switcher. It does both things, so I think the word "pero" as a literal translation of "but" does not fit here. Instead, using "y" makes the statement easier to understand.
