Dati mobili means "mobile data" which is more appropriate to replace the word "cellular" in this case. As the page is showing network usage for both wifi and cellular data, in Italian we always call it mobile data. Cellular literally translates into "cellulare" (which is a physical cellphone) or relates to living cells.

"Dati mobili" is correct, but IOS calls it "Dati cellulare" so the original translation is more familiar to an IOS user.

"Mobile" is the shortest one-word solution. Mobile as per "mobile phones" calls to "Rete Cellulare / Cellular Network". Rete Cellulare is used throughout iOS environment but Mobile is more easily recognisable and fast to associate as the alternative to Wi-Fi.
