"bio" in Italian means ecological, although we have the world "biografia" also suggested from another user, which means biography. That said, we use the word "biography" in a more formal way, like an author's biography in a book. On apps like Telegram (or dating apps) we use the word "descrizione" which means description, like "about yourself".
