The word 'full' is not necessarily needed (one suggestion asks the user for full name) and also it is omitted in the original string for translation, which is 'Enter your name and add your profile picture'. It is prompting the user to enter a name (not necessarily a full name) and also to add a profile picture. The Amharic version here says to provide both name and profile picture which reduces explicitly saying enter and also add; it is just asking the user to provide these two things which are more subtle and size bound in this case.

The word 'chat' doesn't have a good translation. It is commonly called just chat by most people but it is direct from the English word, I used a substitute word that roughly translates to discussion. I also choose the literal definition of delete for the Amharic translation to keep the originality of the text. The translation asks the user for confirmation on deleting the chat in question; it also has the right tone and reference in Amharic.
Some of the Issues I corrected from previous suggestions are the references 'you' and 'this'; they were not following the formal grammar and spelling rules for the Amharic language.
