In Spanish language is vastly accepted that passive voice is not elegant. Besides, I consider here is important that subject should be in the first place, so I think FEATURE must be at the beginning of the instruction. And not less important, I tried to keep the sentence as short as possible for esthetical reasons.

I added the expression que tenga because, if we keep the past participle of the verb, it expresses a “more Spanish” style (taking into account that the passive voice is not so common in Spanish).

There is a similar translation already, but this one uses an informal tone, more coherent with how Telegram interacts with users.
