I added the definite article (el) because it informs the user that the text is related to the image.
The use of the pronominal form (se derivan) implies that the origin is the encryption key.
I do not use the anglicism “end-to-end” because there is a corresponding expression in Spanish (de extremo a extremo).

"End-to-end encryption" is translated to spanish as "cifrado de extremo-a-extremo" by most platforms that use this term, plus I've inserted a little changes to better understand the idea of the text
