The currently applied version does not include "Are you sure" as part of the confirmation. It literally means "Do you want to join this video chat as your personal account?"

Using different phrasing makes the message more clear, as well as more fluid. Spanish speakers do adopt many English words when it comes to technology, but we also translate many of them. The word "video chat" is not really used as much "video llamada" is used more often.
