I preferred using the literal translation of the word "granular" as it gives a better sounding sentence in italian language too; yet I decided to change the literal translation of "restricting" to keep the original sense of the english sentence, as using "restringere" (truest traslation) could have had a different meaning for an italian reader.

most of the suggested translations didn't properly adapt "when restricting channels", it's not referring to already restricted channels but to the act of restricting them in that exact moment, so I fixed the translation.

My translation is better because it’s shorter; the adjective “applicate” is unnecessary; “gestione” is better than “controllo” because the user can’t manage the permissions, not only control.
