‘Restricted’ doesn’t equal ‘forbid’ so I think in this case ‘limitati’ it’s more appropriate. Also i think that using the verb in their infinitive form sounds better

It’s better the capital letter for “Copy and Forwarding” in order to underline the features; “limitati” is better than “vietati” because admins limit who can use these features and who cannot. It’s not forbidden, it’s a restriction or limitation.

The translation better reflects the technical limitations imposed by the group admins. Copying and forwarding are not blocked, instead, they only are limited to users that are not admins.
