I changed "l'utente" ("the user") in "questo utente" ("this user"); "al momento" ("at the moment") with "attualmente" ("currently") and moved the subject ("questo utente") at the beginning of the sentence. All these changes were made so the sentence it's consistent with the English version and it's more fluent.

I added "risulta" (not present in the english text - like saying "looks like the user is removed") to make the sentence more colloquial in italian.
