It was my aim to use words that specifically alert the user that the action is irreversible and that downgrading will not be possible. By using a serious Dutch word like "permanent" it is highly likely that users will easily comprehend that they will not be able to change back their choice. In the second sentence I enlightened what it means when the choice is permanent.
