"Nota bene" is a well known phrase in Romanian, and it is a better option than a word-by-word translation. I added the word dezvoltator (developer) that was omitted by the "applied" translation.

As a side note, I think it would be a better idea if the term developer was translated as programmer (programator).
Although there is a subtle difference between the 2 notions. The casual Romanian user is more familiar with the former and less with the latter in an IT context. Using the term developer (dezvoltator) would create confusion, but such an approach must be used in all instances where the term appears in Telegram, not only in this case.
