  It is not a literal translation but it expresses the exact same thing in a more eloquent way. "Live Stream" translation is "transmisión en vivo", not "videochat".

  It is more coherent to translate the term "voice chat" entirely than to use an anglicism in the target language (even though it is not a word-by-word translation).

  In Spanish the use of Passive Voice is not as common as in English. Generally, we use the impersonal construction with se plus de verb. 
I do not use the anglicism “stream” because there is a corresponding expression in Spanish (transmisión).
