The above statement is clear indication in which anything which is inappropriate actions towards children. Another word that has been suggested is "दुर्व्यवहार" in another column, which means bad behaviour. Which could be anything such as beating and all. But the word that has been used in this statement is firm way to say that anything which is not at all acceptable.

Task 3

The reason for my suggestion of this change is, that correct use of abuse is misbehaviour and not the one translated असभ्यता which stands for uncivilised, savage.
