The current Indonesian translation has many flaws ranging from word selections to incorrect word placements.
The first flaw covers the whole first sentence. The translation uses "tidak dapat digunakan (cannot be used)" and "aliran (streaming)". Both of these are incorrect.
The original text does not mention that the video cannot be used for streaming, but that it is not optimized for streaming. In addition, the word "aliran (streaming)" is very uncommon and can be easily misinterpreted. By searching the definition of streaming, I discover that "penayangan langsung" would fit the description better. As far as I remember, videos that are streamed can be played even before the user has fully downloaded them. With that said, I changed the sentence to comply with the original text better, especially by changing "tidak dapat digunakan (cannot be used)" into "tidak dioptimisasi (is not optimized)".
The second flaw resides in the second sentence, where there is a missing word as well as a misplaced word. The missing word is "mungkin perlu untuk (may need to)", which is absent from the current translation. Instead, the translation uses "dapat (can)". These two words may have similar meanings, but they are different. "can" indicate that the writer is 100% sure about his or her statement, whereas "may" indicate that he or she is not fully certain. Therefore, to maintain the integrity of the translation (based on the original text), it is wiser to replace "dapat (can)" with "mungkin perlu untuk (may need to)".
Meanwhile, the adverb "penuh" here is the Indonesian translation of "fully" or "in full". In the translation, the word "penuh" sits next to "memutar (play)". However, the original text has the word "in full" describing "download". In other words, the placement of the word "penuh" in the translation is incorrect as it means the user has to download the video to "play it fully", while the correct translation should hint that the user has to "download the video fully" to play it. To resolve this issue, I changed the position of the word "penuh", so that it describes the verb "mengunduh (download)" instead of "play (memutar)".
