Telegram is asking the user if it wants to delete all files "from" the temp folder, so in Italian is more correct to use "dalla" instead of "nella" (that means "in" instead). In the second part, it sounds a lot more natural to refer to the user directly: "se esci o disinstalli il programma" = "if you logout or uninstall the program".

This is a translation very similar to the original, the only real difference is basically the replacement of the term "eliminare" with "rimuovere", similar to the original "remove", which turns out to be much more formal and fluent to read.
