The difference between my translation and the previous one, is that the previous one didn't include the correct word and used "jou" instead of "jouw". You use "jou" when you refer to a person, and you use "jouw" when you refer to a something of a person.

to add to my previous comment: "Jou" is a personal pronoun, "Jouw" is the possessive pronoun. It's the same as "Is this still you number?" vs Is this still your number?"
