AllUsers will see your Telegram contacts will getnew number if they have it in their address book or your newprivacy settings allow them to see it. You can modify this in Settings > Privacy and Security > Phone number added to their address book, provided they had your old number and you haven't blocked them in Telegram.

Všem Vašim kontaktům na Telegramu se přidá toto nové číslo do seznamu za předpokladu, že měli Vaše staré číslo a nezablokovali jste je. Toto můžete změnit v Nastavení > Soukromí a zabezpečení > Telefonní číslo
