The applied translation means "members who are currently leaving the group/are in the process of leaving" (It has a continuous form).
I wanted to translate it as "اعضای خارج شده" which is shorter, but since "leave" is translated as "ترک کردن" everywhere else on the platform, I had to go with a longer sentence.
