The sentence has been rephrased to put the cause of the error earlier in the sentence. It's also shorter.

"di privacy" is neutral, "del privacy" would be masculine.
I know but grammatically it's correct to say "della" because we have adapted the noun "privacy" to the feminine form

"Impostazioni sulla privacy" would be an even better alternative. It’s way more common compared to "impostazioni della privacy".

Yeah, I was thinking about whether to put or "della" or "sulla" and in the end I chose "della" to keep a bit of the translation model currently applied by modifying only the genre, but actually "sulla" is also used a lot

I changed the sentence structure as this one sounds better.
Also, "impostazioni sulla privacy" is a more common (and especially more correct) solution than "impostazioni di privacy".
