If the user is inactive, then the Auto Lock will be on, however "Через один час" doesn't quite convey this to the user.

In Russian there is no need to say "in ONE hour". When speaking about 1 hour time, we can just say "hour" and "ONE hour" will be implied. Saying "через 1 час" seems excessive.

"Через один час" translates as "In an hour", which doesn't suit the meaning of the phrase. This variant literally sounds like "If inactive for an hour"
