Dropped the "are you sure" part to avoid using specific gender. Correct preposition is "de", not "en",

The "are you sure" part isn't gendered, it's using the standard neutral gender in the Spanish language. If you prefer it, think about it this way: the user is a human; therefore it uses the appropiate gendering for that word, independent of what the user might prefer.
Which would make it "Are you sure", as a human user, that "you want to report spam from this group?".
