The word "علیرغم" is an Arabic word, which is not often used in day to day life, and may not make sense to a younger audience, by making it "بدون توجه به", first, it's more Persian, second, it's more intuitive I think

- We are not able to separate modal verb and the main verb in Farsi. So, we say "خواهند توانست یا نخواهند توانست". It is also a bit hard to read and here we can use present tense in Farsi instead of future. I mean, we can replace "خواهند توانست" with "می‌توانند" and the meaning is exact the same.
