In Persian, we don't say it like the applied one.

Actually there is a problem here is Persian language that you cannot find a word that can perfectly describe "pause". So most of the time people misuse both "stop" and "pause" with the same Persian word. In the current translation, man can see a try to invent a phrase (در حال مکث) instead of "Pause". From the meaning maybe the current form is right, but less people can understand it as "pause".
So I recommend the word «متوقف شد» which is in fact "stop", but Persian speaker also found it as "pause"
