A direct translation for this string wouldn't be natural. Following the Style Guide it is clear that "Vil du" (Do you want to) needs to be added, as omitting this would be very unnatural. Norwegian is famous for its use of functional words – or "help words" as Norwegians call it – where other languages are way more effective.

“Tilbakestillingen” (the reset/reset process) indicates a process, opposed to “tilbakestilling” (reset) and is easier and more natural to use than the alternative “tilbakestillingsprosessen”.

The translation is 37 characters longer than the English original string, but the string is placed in a popup dialogue with more than enough space for extra text, enabling the translation to be as natural as possible.

Updated according to the new English string. Also, there was a typo in the Aug 12, 2019 string – "Telegram-konakt" is missing the t in "kontakt".

In Norwegian, "removed users" is not a common way to describe a list over users been removed from a group, but "excluded users" (utestengte brukere) are.

Both "skru på" and "slå på" (turn on) means exactly the same and both can be used here, but the Android system is using "slå på" in every setting in the Norwegian translation of the UI. Complying to #3 in the Style Guide.

A direct translation of this string would not comply with the Style Guide #2 as it would be very unnatural. This is why the sentence build is a little different.

It is common to translate the shortened “admin” to “administrator”, altho “admin” is sometimes used. However, the plural form “admins” is almost never used and is therefore translated to the plural “administratorene”

It is heavily implied that the admins are admins of the group in questions, so in Norwegian it is redundant calling them "group admins" while telling it applies to "this group" which sounds unnatural in Norwegian.

In Norwegian “non-<title>” is not something Norwegians commonly use to describe someone who doesn't inhabit a special role. To comply with the Style Guide it is changed from a description (non-admins) to a statement (not admins).

It is also common to translate the shortened “admin” to “administrator”, altho “admin” is sometimes used. However, the plural form “admins” is almost never used and is therefore translated to the plural “administratorer”

“Irrevocably” is translated to “permanently” because the Norwegian equivalent (ugjenkallelig) is rarely used at all. “Permanently” is often used, especially in this context.

“...members of the group…” is omitted because it’s redundant and sounds very unnatural in Norwegian. It is heavily implied that the change will happen to members belonging to the group and doesn’t need to be specified.
