Using current Ukraininan translation for the english word FAQ in Telegram Settings is extremly weird. Honestly, it's the first time I met that word. No resources use "ЧаПи". There are several words acceptable for Ukrainian:
-FAQ
-Довідковий центр
-Питання і відповіді
-Поширені запитання
In my opinion, the fourth and third variants are the best as there is no reason deliberate. This corresponds to what it describes and gives a sense of language identity. For example, it's used in the Diia (Action) mobile application. In the same time, the first word is common on many platforms so it is acceptable too. Anyway, I would choose the fourth. There no need to consider the second.
